Holy Nations ("we," "our," or "the app") is built by Elion Labs. We designed Holy Nations to respect your privacy. This policy explains what we do — and do not — collect.

What we don't collect

We do not collect, sell, or share personal data for advertising. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising trackers, or advertising identifiers. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

Account data (optional)

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and a unique Firebase user ID. This information is used solely to authenticate you and sync your saved content (bookmarks, highlights, reading progress) across your devices. It is stored securely via Firebase Authentication and is never sold or shared.

Content you create

Highlights, bookmarks, and reading progress you create in the app are stored locally on your device. If you are signed in, this content also syncs to your private account database so it is available across your devices. Only you can access this data.

Location (optional, on-device only)

If you enable location access, Holy Nations reads your approximate latitude and longitude to compute the compass bearing to Jerusalem and your local Shabbat candle-lighting and havdalah times. Your location is used only on your device — it is never transmitted to our servers or to any third party. You can revoke location access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Holy Nations.

Purchases

Any purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information.

Children

Holy Nations is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. Deleting the app from your device will remove all locally stored content.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
