Contact us

The fastest way to reach us is email. Send a note to hello@holynations.us and we'll write back, usually within one business day. If you're reporting a bug, a stuck account, a billing issue, or content that doesn't belong in the app, include the email you signed up with and (if you can) a screenshot of what you're seeing. We treat every message as a priority.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open the iPhone Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Holy Nations → Cancel Subscription. Your premium access stays active until the end of the current billing period. We never bill outside the App Store. If you ever see a Holy Nations charge that isn't from Apple, email us immediately.

Restore purchases

If you reinstall Holy Nations or sign in on a new device, your premium subscription comes with you. Open the app → Profile → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Apple verifies the active subscription on your Apple ID and we re-enable Premium within a few seconds.

Delete your account

You can delete your Holy Nations account from inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. We purge your profile, your bookmarks, your highlights, and any uploaded media. Subscription cancellation must be done separately via Apple (see above). If the app won't open and you need to delete your account, email hello@holynations.us with the request and the email address on the account; we'll erase it manually within one business day.

Languages and translations

Holy Nations ships with English, French, and Hebrew. The Tanakh is read in Hebrew, transliteration, and English; the Siddur the same. Tap the script toggle inside any reading or prayer screen to switch. Adding more translations is on our roadmap — if there's a translation you'd love to see, tell us by email.

RabbAI safety

RabbAI is an AI assistant, not a rabbi. It draws on Tanakh, Talmud, Midrash, and rabbinic literature to give thoughtful answers, but it can be wrong, and it does not replace a real teacher for halachic decisions. If you have a serious question of Jewish law, please consult a rabbi you trust. We filter for hate, sexual content, and dangerous medical or financial advice. If you ever see a RabbAI response that crosses a line, use the dislike + report button so we can correct it.

Reporting content

Every user-generated comment, podcast clip, video, and creator post can be reported in-app. Tap the menu on any item → Report → pick a reason. We review every report and remove violating content; repeat offenders lose posting access. For urgent safety concerns (threats, child safety, copyright takedowns) email hello@holynations.us with subject 'URGENT' and we'll address within a few hours.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID that bought the subscription, find the Holy Nations purchase, and request a refund. Apple decides each refund — we have no override.

Apple ID, not Holy Nations ID

Subscription is tied to the Apple ID that bought it, not the Holy Nations account email. If a family member buys the subscription on a different Apple ID, Premium only restores when YOU sign in to the App Store with that Apple ID. Apple's Family Sharing is supported for subscriptions: enable it once in App Store settings and other family members get Premium without paying again.
